While 11php takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
10.3 11php does not accept liability for losses caused by: (a) events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet service outages, and regulatory interventions; (b) decisions made by you in connection with any game, whether based on your own judgment or on information obtained from any third party.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 11php's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
11.1 Closure by Player: You may close your 11php account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
